Kiwanis Club of Citrus Heights Crab Feed
On Saturday night, January 27th, BPR staff attended the 38th Annual Crab Feed in support of the Kiwanis Club and Soroptimist International of Citrus Heights in their efforts to benefit the community including the Kiwanis Family House, high school scholarships, and multiple food banks.

ALA Scholarship Awards Dinner
On Friday, May 5th BPR's Ron Beehler and Alicia Ventura attended the Alhambra Latino Association's (ALA) 2023 Scholarship Awards Dinner and Dance. ALA is a nonprofit organization that provides educational opportunities for students and cultural events within the community. Alicia is an active member of ALA. BPR provided a $1,000 scholarship to one of students

CIEF Design Build Competition
On Thursday May 4th, BPR’s Bill Rodgers and Roger Peterson had the pleasure of participating in the Construction Industry Education Foundation’s (CIEF) Annual Design Build Competition. This competition was founded in 1986 and provides an opportunity for high school students to gain first hand knowledge of the construction industry and have hands-on experience

Operation Bundle of Love
The City of Gardena, in partnership with the Rotary Club and the VFW, recently held “Operation Bundle of Love.” This was a diaper (and other baby item) drive that benefited our Marines and families based at Camp Pendleton. BPR was happy to support this cause and donate oodles and oodles of diapers! And, thank you to our own Mark Berg for doing the heavy lifting!

ICC LA Basin Installation Dinner
BPR Consulting Group staff attended the ICC LA Basin's Installation Dinner held at the California Science Center. It was a great event and good to see such a nice gathering of building safety professionals. Looking forward to another great year promoting building safety!
BPR’s staff is encouraged to be involved in the communities in which they work. In addition to community events, our team is highly active in a variety of industry organizations throughout the state including California Building Officials, local ICC Chapters, Structural Engineers Association, County Building Officials Association of CA, and others. BPR’s staff members have developed and presented training classes on behalf of many of these professional organizations on building code related topics.
