BPR is currently providing full plan review services for this six-building (total – 654,233 s.f.) 385-unit planned community designed to accommodate 4,287 occupants. This multi-family development features a four-story wrap building consisting of 385 units that range from studios to two bedrooms.

BPR is currently providing complete building department plan review services for this new four-story (west wing) and five-story (east wing) 100% Affordable Mixed-Use Housing Building. The project includes 140 dwelling units on levels one through five (Construction Type III-A) over a basement podium parking garage (Construction Type I-A).

BPR’s staff is providing code plan review services for this multifamily housing project. This project includes two levels of Type IA podium housing Group S-2 parking and amenities. The podium supports a Group A-3 outdoor recreation space and five levels of light-framed Type IIIA light-framed Group R-2 apartments.
