BPR’s staff is providing structural plan review services for this three-story medical office building. Construction is Type II-B with Occupancy Groups B, S-1, A-2 and A-3. This state-of-the-art cancer treatment facility utilizes a structural system which includes steel framed floor systems with concrete filled metal deck and a steel buckling-restrained braced frame lateral system.
KAISER PERMANENTE RAILYARDS MEDICAL CENTER HOSPITAL SUPPORT BUILDING
County of Sacramento, CA
BPR is presently providing structural plan review for this new parking garage, part of the new Kaiser Permanente Railyards Medical Center complex, currently the largest infill project in the nation. The parking garage is comprised of seven (7) open air parking levels. The total number of spaces is 1,500 with a total square footage of approximately 488,990 s.f.
SUTTER MODESTO AMBULATORY CARE HUB
City of Modesto, CA
BPR Consulting Group is currently providing plan review and code consultation for the proposed Sutter Modesto Ambulatory Care Hub project which will consist of a new 176,964 s.f. four story Ambulatory Care Hub which will include a “level 3” comprehensive cancer center, a full-service ambulatory surgery center and a shelled clinic. Included in the building will be numerous exam rooms, operating rooms, imaging rooms, a pharmacy, cafeteria, waiting rooms and offices.
