BPR’s staff members provided building department plan review services on behalf of the City of Hanford Building Department for a new Costco Warehouse project. Services included plan review of the architectural, structural, mechanical, plumbing, electrical and energy conservation designs associated with construction of the project. Accessibility features were also reviewed to ensure compliance with applicable accessibility provisions of the adopted California Building Codes.

City of Roseville, CA
BPR provided complete Fire Plan Review and Building Plan Review for this one story 97,500 sf addition to an existing 291,375 sf warehouse building with office space situated on an approximately 20-acre site. The addition involved High-Piled Storage Warehouse, Fire Riser Room, Mechanical, Electrical and Structural work, as well as one restroom. Fire Protection are FM Global designed Early Suppression Fast Response sprinkler systems.

City of American Canyon, CA
BPR provided building plan review services for this 7,994 s.f. tenant improvement project. The project consisted of adding two new office spaces inside an existing warehouse/distribution center: one (1) 7,143 s.f. office space and one (1) 851 s.f. office space.

County of Stockton, CA
BPR provided building plan review services for this 881,904 s.f. automated ‘next-generation’ fulfillment center facility that features an automated, high-density storage and retrieval system.

County of Madera, CA
BPR Consulting Group provided complete building department and fire review of the Valley Children’s BPR Consulting Group provided complete building department and fire review of the Valley Children’s Hospital Materials Distribution Center. These two projects consisted of a new 25,314 s.f. single story warehouse building with an 1,813 s.f. mezzanine.

City of Gardena, CA
BPR’s staff provided complete building plan review services for The OMP Gardena Industrial Center project consisting of a new 190,860 s.f. one story office and warehouse building, along with associated site improvements.

City of Sunnyvale, CA
BPR provided life safety, access, MEP, on-site civil plan review services for this 35,500 s.f. office/data center (warehouse) project. The two-story building utilizes Construction Type V-N, with Occupancy Group B, and is fully fire-sprinklered. This project included new interior walls, doors, ceilings, new restrooms, etc. Also included new mechanical, process piping and electrical layouts to accommodate new high density data center and interior layouts, new mechanical equipment on rooftop with structural roof framing upgrades.

City of Rancho Cucamonga, CA
BPR provided complete building plan review services for two new warehouse buildings adjacent to one another on a 5.38-acre site. Each building consists of a single story plus a mezzanine. Building 1 is 62,474 s.f. including a 3,000 s.f. mezzanine and Building 2 is 20,762 s.f. including a 1,500 s.f. mezzanine.

City of Rancho Cucamonga, CA
BPR provided complete building and fire plan review services for the partial renovation of an approximately 1,422,500 s.f. of floor area (approximately 25,000 s.f. of ancillary office space and 1,397,500 s.f. of warehouse space).
