BPR is currently providing building plan review services for this 65,711 s.f. hotel project. The project, located on a 2.67-acre site, includes a three-story, 61,041 s.f., 112-room hotel with porte cochere, swimming pool and deck, and trash enclosure.
WEST SACRAMENTO MARRIOTT RESIDENCE INN

BPR Consulting Group provided complete building department plan review services for this project including review of the site improvements and the accessibility review of the site. The Marriott Residence Inn project consists of the plan review of a new 84,576 SF five-story hotel building and associated site improvements.

BPR is currently providing seismic and structural life safety plan review for this historic unreinforced brick masonry winery structure. In addition to seismic retrofit and structural upgrades to the property, ADA, egress and life safety improvements are being made.
